Her experience as a senior carer has given her patience and understanding, allowing her to deliver exceptional customer service every time.

Coffee in hand and a cracking sense of humor, she manages sparkling floors, numbers, happy customers, three kids, and two French bulldogs who think they’re in charge.

Charlene Nye (Char)

Meet Char – The Multi-Purpose Cleaner

She cleans, she owns, she manages, she delegates — basically, Char is the manager of cleaning services every company dreams of. Nothing gets past her, and everything gets sparkling.

When she’s not hard at work keeping things spotless, Char is wrangling her six kids, enjoying life with her husband and sneaking in snuggles with her German Shepherd.

All-in-all, Char is proof that multitasking isn’t just a skill — it’s an art.

Maddie Woolgar (Mads)

Meet Mads—Cleaning Operative by day, DJ and social whirlwind by night, and proudly Charlene’s daughter (which she’ll tell you is where she gets all her talent from).

She’ll have your space sparkling in no time, all while bringing the kind of energy that makes even cleaning feel fun. When she’s not making homes shine, she’s behind the decks dropping bangers or fluttering from one social event to the next.

Ruby Judge (Rue)

Meet Rue - Ruby is one of our lovely cleaning operatives and a real breath of fresh air on the team. She’s super arty, loves all things make-up, and is always up for a chat — which makes her a hit with both clients and the team.
With previous experience as a hotel housekeeper, Ruby brings a strong eye for detail and understands exactly what high standards look like. She’s been taken under Charlene’s wing from the start, where she’s been polishing her skills and settling in brilliantly.
Creative, friendly, and eager to learn — Ruby is a fantastic addition to the Freshh Nest family!
