By booking with us...

You agree to the following
•⁠  ⁠Services will be completed as outlined in the approved quote. Any additional services requested may result in added charges.
•⁠  ⁠Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or Cash.
•⁠  ⁠That excessive amounts of items should be cleared or picked up prior to service, especially items on floors and surfaces. Areas that cannot be  accessed will be skipped.
•⁠  ⁠Client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a fee may apply.
•⁠  ⁠Additional charges may apply for:
-Excessive buildup (heavy dirt, grease, grime)
-Pet hair or odour
-Biohazards or unsafe conditions
-Any conditions not visible at time of estimate
•⁠  ⁠Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.  Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
•⁠  ⁠We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
-Worn surfaces
-Loose fixtures
-Improperly installed items
-Delicate or aged materials
•⁠  ⁠Freshh Nest  is not liable for damage to items not secured properly (including wall hangings, décor, or fragile items).
•⁠  ⁠For safety, aggressive or anxious pets must be contained during service.
•⁠  ⁠Clients must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion so we can address them promptly.
•⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or significantly different from what was originally quoted.
•⁠Client acknowledges that cleaning results may vary depending on the condition and age of surfaces, and that perfection is not       guaranteed, especially in deep cleaning or post-construction environments
