Q- Do you use your own equipment and products?

A- This is completely your choice! if requested we can use our own products and equipment at no extra cost.

 

Q- How do I pay? 

A- We accept cash, bank transfer or card. If you pay by cash, we will give you a reciept before we leave, if you would prefer to pay by card or bank transfer, Lau will send you and invoice with our bank details             attached to it.

 

Q- Are your cleaners insured and vetted?

A- Each cleaner is insured and holds a valid DBS check. We can vouch for them, they are a lovely bunch!

 

Q- What if I need to reschedule my clean?

A- Not a problem! If you can give 24 hours notice that would be preferable.

 

Q-Can I stay home while you clean?

A- Of course! it's your home after all, if you do need to go out or aren't in, we are very trustworthy with keys or keysafe codes and we will always lock up after ourselves. We have key holding policies and confidentiality policies in place for this.
